Balsam Ridge is a crisp, cool evergreen that opens on fresh-cut pine, fir, and green leaves before settling into a woodland heart of pine, spruce, and herbaceous rosemary. The finish is soft and grounding: a whisper of floral, clean musk, and warm cedarwood. Made the traditional cold-process way in small batches, each bar is swirled in white, brown, and two shades of green — a rugged, woodland marble as handsome on your shelf as it is in the shower.
